Dear Reader:
Scorpio. Aspiring poet/writer/actor/director with occasional free-spirit romantic-idealistic-bohemian tendencies, drawing inspiration from the 1800s onward. Laid back and open to the opportunities life has in store for me.
US citizen, born in Germany, raised in California and Georgia, and claim Paris as ‘home’ (though I rarely get to visit). I am a military brat. Though I hold a passport from the US, je suis un citoyen du monde.
I graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Comparative Literature (fancy talk for world literature). However, while I enjoy literary endeavors, I’m slowly making my way towards cinema. It combines my two passions: photography and storytelling.
I live life to experience, following the advice of Baudelaire “Enivrez-vous sans cesse! De vin, de poésie ou de vertu, à votre guise.
I’ve participated in Campus Movie Fest, Stillpoint Literary Magazine, and Atlanta Queer Literary Festival, the National Gallery of Writing, FACE AIDS, and D.E.I. Honors Society, among other things.
If you have the time, please check out This I Believe, a list of organizations I support and encourage others to support.
